High-Precision Servo Drive System

The HERMA 500 CT series features a custom HERMA labeling head and full servo control, unlike traditional stepper motors.

The dispensing speed can be adjusted in real time and synchronized with the conveyor line speed.
The accuracy of bid placement control reaches ±0.3mm or even better.
Provides closed-loop control tags, allowing for real-time correction of position deviations.

Intelligent Tag Control Algorithm

Built-in "Label Gap Sensor + Encoder + Servo PID" control logic
Real-time detection of label spacing to prevent misalignment or over-application.
The system continuously tracks changes in labeling position and speed to automatically correct synchronization errors. This can be achieved by adjusting the transverse conveyor belt and changing the start-up delay, and by positioning along two axes.
The software supports fine-tuning of label placement down to the millimeter level, eliminating the need for mechanical adjustments.

High Rigid Mechanical Structure

The German mechanical design standard frame structure is extremely stable and has minimal vibration.
The support arm, pressure roller, and return path of the bidding mechanism are strictly controlled to minimize deviations.
Most structures utilize CNC machining to ensure component precision.

HERMA tobacco harm reduction labelling machines feature high-performance photoelectric/ultrasonic label sensors and product detection sensors, supporting vision-triggered operation.
Sensor trigger timing is millisecond-precise, synchronising with servo drives to achieve dynamic, accurate labelling offset.

Flexible Software Configuration and Parameter Compensation

Users may configure parameters such as label length compensation, delayed labelling, and bottle buffer settings via the touchscreen.
Software supports ‘product tracking + label-out compensation’ to ensure no accuracy drift between different products.
Advanced models support industrial bus protocols such as Ethernet, IO-Link or Profibus for new tobacco control and harm reduction industry applications, facilitating seamless integration with production line automation systems.
